What Do We Do?

Our job is to get you to Happy and Healthy, whatever that looks like for you.

One-hour sessions where we chat through what's going on, increase your understanding of patterns and their impacts, and make a plan for improvement.

These services are beneficial to virtually anyone who is struggling with any part of life. However, we do have providers with expertise in specific populations and experiences including trauma, first responders, OCD, refugee populations, women's issues, men’s issues, relationship issues, perinatal, parenting stress, adoption, eating disorders and more

Individual Counseling

This is where we start. Your clinician will provide you an opportunity to share who you are and what is going on. This occurs in the first session or two to really get a full picture of you and how we can help. We will then discuss our recommendations and make a plan together with you.

Assessment

In some cases, addressing deep trauma can benefit from prolonged multi-hour sessions in order to maximize healing in or shorter time frame. This service is unfortunately not covered by insurance and therefore would be an out of pocket expense.

Trauma and EMDR Intensives

Occasionally we offer group EMDR sessions. These sessions are completely confidential, requiring no disclosure to the group from the participants. These are often done virtually to increase access to brief EMDR treatment and occasionally offered for specific groups of folks who have been through a collective trauma. These services are unfortunately not covered by insurance and are an out of pocket expense.
